West Bengal Electronics Industry Development Corporation Limited (WBEIDCL) was incorporated on February 4, 1974, to shape and promote the electronics industry of West Bengal.
As the nodal agency of the Government of West Bengal for the promotion of the IT and electronics industries, it has, over the years, continuously adapted to the changing needs of the IT and ITES sectors.
With the evolving nature of the IT/ITES and electronics industries, WBEIDCL has worked towards providing an adaptive and supportive ecosystem through many proactive initiatives.
ওয়েস্ট বেঙ্গল ইলেকট্রনিক্স ইন্ডাস্ট্রি ডেভেলপমেন্ট কর্পোরেশন লিমিটেড পশ্চিমবঙ্গের ইলেকট্রনিক্স শিল্পকে রূপ দেওয়ার জন্য ৪ঠা ফেব্রুয়ারি, ১৯৭৪ তারিখে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হয়েছিল।
আইটি এবং ইলেকট্রনিক্স শিল্পের প্রচারের জন্য পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের নোডাল এজেন্সি হিসেবে এটি বহু বছর ধরে আইটি এবং আইটিইএস শিল্পের পরিবর্তিত প্রয়োজনীয়তার সাথে নিজেকে খাপ খাইয়ে নিয়েছে।
